What is LVT?

LVT or Luxury Vinyl Tiles or Planks flooring is a modular vinyl flooring using PVC which gives the material a dense but elastic construction. LVT is considered to be resilient due its ability to expand and contract without cracking.

LVT flooring is protected using a durable wear layer. The thicker the wear layer the more durable the flooring is to high traffic.

What is SPC?

SPC or Stone Plastic composite is a modular vinyl rigid board flooring. SPC structure is close to LVT however the key difference is the core is mostly made of limestone, rather than PVC. SPC is considered to be more resilient due core which is ore stable to high temperature variations and extra resistant to scratches and static loading.

Similar to LVT, SPC flooring is protected using a durable wear layer. The thicker the wear layer the more durable the flooring is to high traffic.
